Well, full moon, patchy cloud, didn't bother setting up.

But have just spent 1.5 hours viewing the moon through binos and my 90 Mak. What can I say, other than don't forget our nearest neighbour. Just because tbat NGCxxxxx isn't visible or that Mxxx is drowned, don't forget one of the brightest, most detailed objects to view.

I agree. Constant companion but truly lovely. Especially during early phases where shadow enhances detail.

Tried the 'lunar 100' yet. I'm about half way through.
