Squeaky focuser

My skywatcher 200p dob seems to have a mouse stuck inside the focuser housing. Turnings the focuser produces a horrible squeaking.

Is it safe to take it apart to lubricate ?

Anyone experienced this before and can give me some advice.

Hi priceman ive recently taken apart the focuser on my evostar 120 and regreased it with no problems (it was pretty easy despite my nerves to begin with) if its just the same process with your scope as with and evo 120 then you shouldnt have any trouble, id double check with someone with experiance of that focuser just to be on the safe side.
