Great programme.

The Apollo stuff was a reminder of what probably got me into this astronomy lark in the first place, a long time ago. I feel a bit special (and rather old) that the memory of the first moon landing is still with me.

And it was great to see James Burke again (ignoring his bad hair and loud ties).

Errr... umm... I think this programme was made sometime in 2008/9 as Brian specifically said that it was 37 years since the last trip to the Moon. He also talked of the USA going back to the Moon in 2020 but as we know the Constellation program was cancelled in Feb 2010. In years gone by, things astronomical wouldn't change for 200 years - now you're lucky if it lasts 20 months.

Thought it was a bit disjointed. An assortment of old film clips with Brian Cox doing the continuity bits.

Nice to see the old films again though. Brought back a lot of memories.
