Anybody here using an ieq45?

Hello,

Expecting a good work bonus this month so I'm going to buy a new mount. Its either this a cgem or an eq6 pro...found loads of info out abput the eq6 and cgem but nothing on the ieq45. Anyone here using onr? Thanks in advance....

There's been a lot of discussion about the IEQ45 over on the Cloudy Nights forum including one that's run to 40 pages: Telescope Reviews: IEQ45 - an evaluation

I personally know little or nothing about the mount though from what I've gleaned, one of its attractions is its weight. It has a similar load capacity to the CGEM & EQ6 mounts but is substantially lighter, which has attracted a few people who would find the weight of the EQ6 difficult to handle.
