Eclipse Phase Montage

Here's my completed montage from this morning's eclipse and a widefield, just before the clouds finished it off for good.

At least someone got lucky!

I spent a few hours looking at the satellite photos from NERC at Dundee looking for any possible breaks over East Anglia! - gave up hope by mid-afternoon.

Thanks folks! Yes, i was truly blessed with a BIG sucker-hole in the sky for just long enough to get the good shots before the curtains were closed on me.

I must have been pretty tired today when I processed this because after a sleep this afternoon, I looked at it and went, "UGH!! The colour was RED not BROWN!!!"

So, I reprocessed it and used rulers to line-up the images.

Yep. Looks much better!
