Yippeee! :p I thought today was the 15th! My watch date was wrong. :o

Hopefully I will get a shot at seeing it tomorrow and pray for no clouds.

Hmm - Depending on which forcast you read Frankfurt will either have rain, partial cloud or clear skies tonight !! Well I guess you takes your choice, get the scope and camera ready - and wait .... Hoping for clear skies for you all tonight.

It's not just cloudy... but currently crying softly to itself... the sky that is...

It's a bit tearful here too now, more like cumulus pannus at the moment and is likely to stay. Looks like we'll be unable to view the eclipse this evening down here :)

I am all set up and waiting for the eclipse, the weather is clear but windy (I was worried that a dust storm would blow up, fortunately it has not) temperature about 32c so a bit too warm.

I have Vivaldi playing on the laptop and cold beer in hand.... let the show begin!

I will try to post some pics as it happens.
