Lovely clear night tonight, with my very limited navigation skills I visited my usual suspects, M81,M82,M57,Saturn,albireo followed by a general mooch round the skies interspersed with a bit of swearing at my dog for setting off next doors security light.

And then at about 2.30am I saw a very bright satellite come from south to north which I assumed was the ISS, not so, turns out to be Aqua. I then glance due east and low in the sky between a tree and a house was the ISS, only a fleeting glimpse before it slipped below the horizon but seeing both inside of a minute made my night
