M27

Tried to get some M57 data last night but proved to elusive for the sky conditions. Managed some Ha and OIII data on M27 so put together a Bi Colour image as work in progress. Havent tried this DSO for sometime but its always rewarding. Some of the outer reigons showing but will add more data later.

Some very nice outer regions! I like the faint rainbow effect to the left.

That outer data is beautifully presented. I like the way you have left it nice and faint rather than pushing it as far as you can. You've blended it in with the core very nicely. A lot of shots showing the outer nebulosity do so at the expense of the core. Excellent work

Splendid detail there. M27 gives such a lot, its one of my favorites
