I like to keep my notes tidy and this requires me to use the same format each time I want to make observational notes. So did a google and I found this site, thought it might be worth sharing.

There are many observation templates on the site including DSO/General, Naked Eye, Saturn, Jupiter, Solar, Lunar, Binos and a condensed one: Observing Forms and Templates - Belt of Venus

Reason why I liked this particular site is has flipped format sheets for leftys, as I find my clumsy lefty smudging pencil accross my work :)
