Hi from USA by way of UK

Hi everyone, I moved to the USA a few months ago to join my wife who is American. I have long been an amateur astronomer back in the UK where I grew up. I used to make scopes from old spectacle lenses and toilet roll tubes when I was very young, soon moved on to a home made 6inch Newtonian, more recently have been using a 120mm Konus refractor. Having moved to somewhere with relatively good skies (compared to central Birmingham!) I am really enjoying observing and imaging the sky. I have always taken shots of the moon and planets but capturing my first DSOs has been an amazing experience, can't wait to find more!
