Skyliner 250p flextube auto dimensions

Hi,

I'm trying to establish the height of the base I need to make to allow me to site this scope which will allow me to view whilst sitting down (if possible). If not then I am looking to make sure I have the eyepiece at a comfortable height for me to view without too much stooping.

Can anyone please confirm what the distance in centimeters is from the pivot point to the bottom of the mount and the distance in centimeters from the pivot to the centre of the eyepiece?
