Am seeing things?

Am seeing things or can I see one, maybe even two of Saturn's Moons to it's right with my naked eye??

Maybe not seeing things,probably stars.at the minute Saturn moon Titan is mag 8.9 its brightest which is beyond naked eye visibility.

Ijust come in and the wife just been looking at Saturn for well over a hour and it was good to see r/d/ and ti at the same time.

I was useing a SW 250 pds with the meade 5000 super wide angle 16mm with the x2 and x3 and a good 6 stars all around it.

Porrima is right next to Saturn atm, it could be that you are seeing.

That would be my bet. They must be easily less than one degree apart now.

Definately Porrima. It's been interesting watching them get closer. A couple of weeks ago, they are a finger's width apart (one degree). About half a finger tonight
