If the other account was closed / banned by eBay this account should also be as once you are banned it is against eBay Policy to use another acount.

i did think that... but it seems this account has been around for a while... but the items being sold are almost identical to the other account, and its been about amonth since this thread popped back up.... which is the last time he had feedback.....
