Hello and welcome to SGL

I'm only just down the road near Southampton but lived in and around Portsmouth for most of my childhood.

Some good local groups around your area. Our own South Coast Astro and also the Hampshire Astronomical Group, which has a pretty impressive collection of observatories at Clanfield.
