PERL 150x100 is this worth buying

This is for sale reasonably near me, for about the same price as the

FLO 8 inch dob 200P, delivered

I cant seem to find anything about the Perl.

Secondhand French stuff is usually more pricy than in the UK, so I wont be surpised if you all say buy new from FLO.

I've not heard of the make before and it's difficult to tell from the photo / info provided but I think this is a 900mm focal length 150 which means it's probably got an amplifying / correcting lens somewhere down the drawtube and possibly a spherical mirror. Not a great astro design IMHO.
