Theres the CSOG (central scotland observers group) not an actual club but a group of like minded people who get together for viewing sessions, though I havent managed to get to any myself yet. Do a search for CSOG on google.

Well, there's always us Scottish Astronomers. We frequently observe at Harperrig which is close to Livingston.

Just thought I'd add, newcomers/beginners are more than welcome (even timelords!! :D) we have members throughout Central Scotland with quite a few in West Lothian including myself.
