Hello and welcome to the addictive world of astronomy. The scope you've bought will give you some fantastic views, I got the longer tube version, 150pl, and i've seen a couple of galaxies, globular clusters and a few planets so far. I do want to upgrade the eye pieces at some point, alhought the ones you get with the scope are adequate.

Welcome mate, im in the same boat as you lol. im waiting on my skywatcher skymax 127 alt-az to come! it should be any day now and iv never looked through a scope in my life haha.

I have very little clue of what im doing but hoping to pick it up as i go along.
