Well you dont sack someone for not answerting the phone, but if its there job to do customer service and they cant maintain the standard they cant do the job? or do you let the standards slip?

Earl, surely it's up to a boss/manager to train, support, motivate and manage staff who are underperforming before thinking of sacking them?
