ISS on a smartphone

I had a go at looking for the ISS for the first time the other day, saw it and got so excited about it, I pulled my HTC Desire out and started taking pictures with it.

I didn't think they would come to much at all really, but I was surprised when I had a look at them later.

Original image wasn't much to look at, but after a little bit of teasing and enlarging, I got this:

I'll be the first to admit it isn't going to win any prizes for clarity, but if you squint a bit and tilt your head to the side, you can actually see a bit of shape there. Not much, but to be fair, I'm using a smartphone camera on autofocus, with no settings adjustments or digital zoom.

Have to confess to having new respect for the camera in this phone now.
