  1. This is an unusual combination. I bought a Denkmeier PowerSwitch on a 2" WO diagonal (if I remember correctly). The diagonal was not in brilliant shape, and I wanted to be able to use my Baader Zeiss T2 prism with it, so I removed the diagonal, fitted a T2 Adaptor and there you have it. PLEASE NOTE The Zeiss prism is excellent, but does have some slight damage to the coatings. On one side, an eyepiece barrel contacted the surface and left a ring which is obviously ring on the limit of a 1.25" fov. On the other, there is a slight mark. Neither of these are visible in use, or have the slightest effect on viewing quality but I need to point them out. Overall these prisms are excellent for high power viewing and seem to have the edge over even top line mirror diagonals. In my experience the image holds up better under higher power. The PowerSwitch has a reducer and multiplier selection, and is very handy. I used it a fair amount for solar observing with good success. Difficult to price. Let's say £75 for each part so £150 total collected at SGL11 or £160 posted. Note that it also includes a Baader variable extension tube which is in itself worth something. Paypal fees paid or bank transfer please. Cheers, Stu

  3. Next up on the brown carpet..... ?? A very nice, Baader Maxbright T2 mirror diagonal in excellent condition, just a little dust on the mirror. This has 99% reflectivity, Sitall glass with 1/10th lambda surface accuracy. Male T2 connection one side and Female the other, both with original screw-on caps. Looking for £125 posted or £120 picked up at SGL11. Paypal fees paid or bank transfer please. Cheers, Stu
  4. To get the spacing on my new star 71 correct, I need 12.28mm. OK, I'm not going to find that, but I have some delrin rings if I can get close (slightly under, not over). My filter wheel requires this extension to have a female t2 thread. (Yes, this one I actually know fits.) According to the attached diagram, the ota has a M48 male thread on the end, but my "M48/T2" extension ring slips inside the opening, which I don't understand at all (no surpises there!). Has anyone got any ideas as to exactly what will do the job, that won't break the bank (the ota has already done that)? Responses from people who actually use this scope particularly welcome . Thanks
  5. This listing is also on ABS but though I would add here too, need to shift it. Selling my Televue x2.5 Powermate which is in excellent condition with original box. Looking for £125 ono via PayPal fees paid or bank transfer. I have the T2 adaptor also available at £32, and a Baader clicklock adaptor BA2458100 for £40 will do the lot at £190. Cheers, Stu
