Hi
I would just like to say a big thanks to the Guys at FLO, on Friday the 7th June I placed an order for an NEQ6 Pro, EQ6 extension tube, and an EQ Direct Module. the module came on Saturday Morning, and the Mount and Extension tube came Yesterday afternoon, I am really impressed with the speed that you got these items to me, and also kept me informed along the way with emails. I have placed orders in the past with other company's and it's been 3-4 days, sometimes longer, not including weekends before anything surfaced, usual a mail to confirm the order and that's it.
Keep that standard of service up and you'll have loads of satisfied customer like me.
Thanks
Simon

The other day my Dec motor on my LXD75 burn't out, i have just phone telescope house for a replacement, they picked up the phone within a couple of rings and put me straight though to there Service and Repair department, i spoke with a guy call Steve who was very helpful, and my new Dec motor is in the post.
Yet again an excellent service again from Telescope house

Did you get a manual with your scope ?, most of them come with instructions specific to that scope and how to collimate it.

The problem you have is quite straightforward: The telescopes focal point has not changed by you swapping the focuser to a low profile type. So you need to compensate, as you have done, by using an extension tube (to make the focuser "high profile" again!!). It is likely that the extension tube that you have is not long enough to allow the use of the Barlow or your webcam. Solution - buy a second extension tube!!
After a while you will have quite a collection - just like the rest of us
Yes, join the club, i to had to buy an extension, but the crayford was well worth the investment against the cheap plastic focuser that comes with the Meade sn10, which just spoils what is otherwise a good scope, i think what you need to do is weigh up the odds and see if there is any benefits or not.
Show us your set up in action at night.

To many cables, 3 Dew straps, plus the power cable, 1 for the DSI, USB and Power for the DSLR, 1 Power for the focuser, Power and Comms for the mount, USB ST4 Guiders, looks like an explosion in a Spagetti Factory, also a GPS, TemperHum, and SQM-L meter.
TBH, I have only just got this setup off the ground in the last couple of month's, so still playing around with it and tweeking things up, no help from the weather, only had a few nights out in the last 2 months.
