    Satisfied a life long desire to get into astronomy with a purchase of a used Celestron NexStar 8SE. Sadly I could have waited and gotten a brand new one for a couple of hundred less. Purchased the Skyportal WiFi and a StarSense camera but have had no luck whatsoever in auto aligning. Final got CFM to download and run (had to get a Windows laptop to do so) and it updated everything for about thirty minutes. Maybe auto align will work tonight. Sure hope so. Also picked up a ZWO ASI224MC camera. I obviously haven’t been too smart getting started and have spent a bundle, but hopefully it will all come together. Glad to be here.
