Thank you for your reply. I am only interested in observing planets and deep sky .I will have to buy a complete refractor and goto mount. I think my budget limit would be over 4000 dollars. But that would have to include ep,s diagonal and maybe a Barlow. -

Hello all I am new to this site but not to astronomy. I have a pair of apm 100mm apo binoculars and looking to buy a refractor and goto mount..the binoculars are great but somewhat combursom. Ideally I would like to have a 4 or 5 inch refractor. Any help would be greatly appreciated..thank you.
