  1. I couldn’t help myself and got out again on Saturday. Managed to get Pleiades and Mars in the same shot. I’m still very useless with post editing.
  2. Thanks again for all the advice. here’s a quick picture I took last night under the full moon. It was 60 x 2 sec lights just as an experiment. I really concentrated to keep the fov in the same place.
  3. Thanks everyone for your input it’s been very much appreciated. I totally agree with the subject drifting through the frame. Totally down to inexperience. I’ll up the exposure a bit and keep subject in the centre of the frame. Thanks again for the reply’s. 👍
  4. the weird black diagonal patch in the stacked picture is annoying.
  5. its a canon 450d, tamron 70- 210mm lens used at 135mm and 5.6f and a static tripod.
  6. hi, everyone just wanted some collective knowledge on what could of caused this in my image. it was a collection of 200 lights, 50 darks, 20 bias stacked in DSS. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Autosave.tif
