Hi, I’m also new to all this and like you I had trouble with telescope planet. I managed to get my money back (phew) but after the problems I’d had with them I decided that if wanted anything that was going to cost me quite a few of my hard earned beer tokens, I’d have to go at get it personally. It took quite a few phone calls but I managed to find a dealer who had what I wanted in stock. I went to www.green-witch.com in Cambridgeshire. I ended up spending a lot more than I intended to (all the shiny toys on display were just too much of a temptation for me) but the guy in the showroom ‘Lee’ was very helpful. He also responded very quickly to all of the emails I sent him after the sale re loading up software/drivers etc. I’m not trying to give them a free plug but I would definitely recommend working out what it is you want first then finding a dealer who has what you want in stock. Then going to get it personally.
