  3. Dont know what it ism but flats remove it anyway This is pretty much wasted data as i didnt have the cooling on so cant make flats to match now anyway
  4. Not taken flats or darks yet, but will get round to it sometime.. Needs loads more time on it yet though!
  5. Great detail coming through, looks a little clipped passed the black point on my screen mate Actually just looked at it on the other screen and it looks great, maybe one of my screens is too black
  6. It looks quite blue to me, im suprised more hasnt come out in m81 considering this is 70 mins worth... especially when you compare with how much detail came out in m51 which looks great

    Yes with the contrails removed this is a great image, I wouldnt crop it like that guy suggested though...

  13. Haha no mate! - these were taken last week when we had two great nights but a full moon This week been totally clouded out
  14. Ah I see... Always annoying trying to get parts... I have that same mount in my garage that I never use, It might even have a polar scope... I will take a peek tomorrow to see what fitting type it is

  16. Thanks all My tube rings are very... I mean a very tight fit ... they could be pushing on the focuser and maybe pushing it out slightly. I will take a look
  17. For a quick easy polar allignment use polarfinder, it shows you where to place polaris and I have found it to be very accurate.
  18. Hopefully will get some colour when the moon is out the way
