  1. My question is why can massive stars fuse heavier elements than helium contrary to medium sized stars like our sun.

  4. So, recently I've been looking at some moon filters and have been leaning towards the Optolong moon and skyglow filter. Question 2: What effect does it have on 'skyglow' Question 3: If it works on he moon I'm assuming it also work on the planets?.. Regards, Neil
  5. My first capture of Jupiter with the Great Red Spot visible. Digiscoped through an untracked 10 inch dobsonian . Video was aligned with PIPP stacked with Autostakkert! 3, processed with Registax 6 and enhanced with Adobe Photoshop. Still have to work on the processing.

  8. Thanks for the replies but I kind of want to stick to the cheaper end of the zoom eyepieces so the baader zoom is pushing it.

  10. Been wanting a zoom eyepiece for a long time, and have been looking into the Celestron 8 - 24 millimetre zoom eyepiece and the SVBONY 7- 21 millimetre eyepiece. Any suggestions?
  11. Yeah my kit wasn’t really for astrophotography and it was a go to tracker so don’t expect much.

  13. A few days ago I took 3 photos of the moon and ended up stacking them together… you can still see the difference in the picture is you look closely. The pictures I uploaded were medium quality so they won’t be so clear:( but you can click on them and they will be full quality
