Hello Just joined the forum. Pretty much new to to this, have never had a telescope before which is one of the reasons for joining. Am a avid SciFi fan and after a fantastic talk at our camera club I have developed an interest in Astrophotography, so far I have only managed a couple of shots of the moon (https://www.flickr.com/photos/144679876@N08/49517556136/in/album-72157713056129321/) but nothing more. I photograph with a Nikon D500 and have a few lenses (my moon lens at the moment is the 200-500mm Nikon lens). Apart from wanting to learn and develop this interest I would welcome guidance on a 'value for money' entry level setup that could get me ready for winter and the possibility of a) getting closer to the moon but b) being able to take some deep space shots.
