64GB CF card arrived. only had a 512mb with the camera with the space for 30 photos LOL. 350 photos took up 30GB Raw and JPG max res... thats better!

Canon EOS 50D incoming, I tried a Nikon last year and could not get on with it so Back to Canon, its an older model but checks out

power tank did not auto turn on, glad i cuaght it early

Well that failed, my power tank did not kick in so I only got 3 hours, hoever that did show i need to 30 second subs so at was not a complete failure I guess.

LPF Test all set up, hope it stays as clear as the met is saying.

Pixinsigfht reinstalled time for my brain to trickle out my ears

Met office says clear later thonight so im going with ISO800 20 second subs

I have forgot how to use the software yikes... Calibrate, allign stack.... grrr

trying 1600 ISO on a still image nightlapse tonight. not sure if thats a good idea with local light pollution but will see.

so my lan has decided to got to 100MbS when im tansfering 1.3TB to my NAS.... NICE....grrr

External Storage copied to PC now to back it all up on the NAS.....then the maraton of editing.
