  1. Ditto to the comments, superb....
  2. Yes, could be. But I do find it's visibility very variable.
  3. I find 891 to be like that. I've observed it many times with smaller scopes , but there are occasions when the 12sct struggles. I think it's down to transparency mainly.
  4. Very nice, I was out last night and observed the GRS for once. The real pain over the last week has been the wind...
  5. Yes, I think if I had waited the wind would have eased off, the forecast was definitely saying that.
  6. I managed to get out and watch this. The biggest issue was the wind. Big fork mounted sct users will know what I mean... 🙄
  7. Very nice. Everytime I've gone out over the last few weeks the grs has been absent so its nice to see it.
  8. Nice image, as always Neil. Looking forward to Mars this year. Are you sure you aren't a vampire... 🤔😁
  9. We might all be getting that experience this winter.... 😉
  10. That's an excellent image, well done. One of the best posted this season in my opinion.
  11. Nice, I think the IR saturn is definitely my favourite..
  12. That's very nice considering the scope. It definitely points to your processing talents.
  13. I think it will definitely be a consideration. Particularly where it really counts with the industrial or retail areas. Time will tell but the days of cheap energy are over for the foreseeable. How many bars etc will have those outside heaters, I think Olly mentioned them in another thread. Sometimes scarcity forces change in a positive direction.
  14. Interesting, I'll take a look at that, thanks.
  15. Keep doing it, that's all I can say.... Unorthodox software... Sounds intriguing.. 😁
  16. Superb image Neil. Have you ever posted your processing flow for these images? I really think you have processing nailed when I look at what you post.
  17. That is very very nice indeed...
