I had been window shopping for some time and had changed prospective purchases several times. My preferred scope was out of stock at Harrison but at the best price so I emailed for lead times. Harrisons attracted me as it has a very well and sensibly laid out storefront.

I very quickly recieved am extremely informative email which estimated May for availability but suggested an alternative item (that was CHEAPER then the proposed original) after some research i settled on this item and it was ordered on the Sunday afternoon.

My Scope was delivered on Tuesday morning and I am currently unable to fault the service, luckily the scope was pruistine so I cannot comment on returns/aftersales.

I have also had further queries which I have addressed by email and these have also recieved prompt and overall helpful replies (rather then the dreadful, whatever will sell it to you, standard).

My only niggle was that the scope was sent via parcel force however as a cheaper (relatively) unit and as delivery was included in an extremely compatative price i guess that this is fair enough.

I would shop from them again with confidence.
