Thanks guys for the good information, I have also downloaded APT and find that it practically controls everything. I'm going to have a go at learning this to control my system and cameras/

Can someone help me here. I have downloaded APT Astro Photography Tool onto my laptop, I connect it to my camera (canon T6i) and it recognizes the camera and connects immediately. A few seconds later it disconnects from my camera and recommends to close APT, disconnect camera and try again. Re-connecting the camera causes same results. I am not sure if I have to input information regarding my camera before connecting or not, Not sure what I should do

Thanks Frank, I will try this, do you recommend uninstalling ASCOMPAD first and then downloading EQMOD. Or, is ASCOMPAD beneficial?

Once I successfully download EQ MOD I go to open the application and I get a runtime error. See copy of error below --------------------------- ASCOMPAD --------------------------- Run-time error '-2147221164 (80040154)': Class not registered --------------------------- OK ---------------------------
