  1. Well, I did and get suggested to buy new tablet 😉
  2. No I didn't , but I'm exchanging mails with app developer and Google Play Store. It's typical ping-pong. Developer is sugesting contact Play Store for help and Play Store said that I need contact developer to get previous version 😉
  3. Hi. I have to do factory reset on my tablet. By the way I've update android from 5.0.2 to 6.0.1 Then I get SS again from the Play Sore After that, application don't start. I've contact developer and get reply that "Sky Safari 6 Plus version 6.8.6.3 needs Android 8 or above. Sorry for the inconveniences. " Well , that is really inconvenience :-( I've ask him to send me older version as a link or attachment, but is no replies since. Could you please advise what to do ? How can I get older version ? Before factory reset I didn't check what was my previous version. I don't want to change tablet just for one app.
  4. I keep looking at this adapter and start like it 😉 Forces are spread nice and maybe I could use it for binocular as well. Just a price ;-( If I have a chance to get second hand one I will go for it. At the moment I've hang 1,8 counterweight on the bar and works fine.
  5. Straight bar is what I'm going for. I've bought already 24cm lonng M12 bolt. Question is how much should I hang on it ?
  6. SW is claiming max load for 5kg, but I belief that's apply if you hang weigh on one side. If you balance it properly it should handle more or at least give some relief to the gears.
  7. Hi . I've just bought this mount as traveler. One of the scope which will travel with me is Vixen Shuttle Scope 100S. Very lightweight, so no issue here. Other one will be reflector Mac Cassegrain 127mm which with 2"accessories is around 5kg. Did anyone use this mount with heavy scope and use counterweight? Counterweight will reduce forces on the gears and should prolonged life of the mount. I'm thinking about 24-25 rod and 1-1,5 kg weight . Do you think that this will be sufficient?
