Hi New to the forum and also new to stargazing in fact never ever tried it All I gave at the moment is some old 7x50’s Binos and no idea where to look except up ! So any advice would be gratefully received ! Is there by any chance an app that is simple for a complete beginner to use that gives a position of the stars etc ? one further question : Would something like a good quality spotting scope be ok for a astronomy ?
