If you do decide to leave ask them how they need to be notified. I had one company insist on a written letter which they needed 3 MONTHS notice, by the time I found this out I was stuck with them for 6 months - thieves the lot of them.

There are companies that handle all these issues for you. Phone bugging is useful sometimes.

Try getting a water leak in you supply line and you have used up your "free" leaks. 2nd leak in 2 yrs - back goes next purchase - was to be a camera - oh well :-(

just knocked a wall down to make the kitchen bigger £800! electricians in doing the re-wire plumbers in over the weekend plasterers in next week window men fitting new windows after xmas. i have walls to strip skirting to pull off artex to skim over and still move the damn OBSY lol i need knocking out and hopefully when i wake up it will all be done for me :) yup deffo time for a beer :)
