A 40mm is going to be wasted with anything faster than f6. For an f4 scope 30mm is pushing it to the limit.
I guess that's why dob owners like the 21mm Ethos so much

Interesting design. Both the 30mm and 40mm are different from the rest of the range and from each other.

As an accountant I find that generalisation insulting. It also the opposite of what would happen. People with no financial brain waste money hand over fist which is how companies lose profit.

I think remote imaging is the way forward for a lot of people. Conditions here are far too often unusable, what with our dreadful weather and even worse light pollution.

Quite a bit of movement for just 20 years. I wonder how it compares to much older images.

Fixed your title - don't know much about microscope sensors though.
Usually sensor resolution depends on pixel size rather than the number of pixels. The smaller and more densely packed they are, the higher the resolution.

I find it difficult due to poor seeing conditions. Anything low here wobbles like jelly.
