Thank you for the warm welcome. I'm still negotiating my way through this site and have much to learn yet. I realize my first forum post was rather lengthy, but there was a question at the end no-one has responded to yet, being: I have a 4" dew heater for the scope objective lens, but the 3" heater's best location remains a mystery to me. Is it better on the guidescope objective lens or the camera/field flattener set-up, or elsewhere/nowhere?
