Hi all, weather's not playing ball. Tried to image the sun but only got one decent frame in calcium II K. This time of year I have to do a fine balance as the third scope does not clear the hedge so its taken off the mount waiting for the spring sun to return higher in the sky, lol.

My solar stats are far higher than my night stats. 185 days last year for solar, this year 100 days so far but I had health issues June and July so none those month's. My night stats 36 last year and 18 this year. So my solar far outways my night. Come over to the light from the dark, lol. -
I'm quite anal, I'd have to colour the white background black to match, but thanks, lol.

Probably not, it seems like it doesn't, lol. -
Yeah, the further South in the UK the better at this time of year, my window of opportunity is only between 1pm and 3pm at this time of year with trees in the way in the morning.

Hi Mandy, it's from my observatory, looking towards the horizon where there's a TV mast. At this time of year the sun goes behind it at around 2.30pm.

Well unexpected session yesterday and today. Yet to process the data from both day's but thought this was an arty one from today, lol.

Well it's been nearly two weeks of bad weather and my opportunity window of between 1pm and 3pm in the winter months but today I've managed HA and Cak. Here's a taster in HA.
