  1. Thanks that was the area my app said mars was in well happy with that ? thanks for the help and may invest In a tripod then I did try and steady myself on the wall
  2. SO last night was my first stargazing session and seen some strange lights in the sky using my binoculars, so got my Canon eos 100d out and tried some astrophotography. I got some decent pictures and would just like some advice on what they are. Thanks. Sorry if this is in the wrong section but i'm getting used to the place.
  3. Hi everyone been interested in stargazing for a while, but wasn't really sure on it at first. Then this weekend I was given a pair of binoculars and decided that tonight I would go out and see what I could see. I was immensely impressed with the nights sky and aided by an app on my phone navigated through the stars and planets. I also tried out a bit of astrophotography and took some unusual photos, hence the forum sign up. I will try and post them in the morning as they have caused a lot of questions to go on in my mind.
