    Clusters

    Star Clusters
  2. From the album: Clusters

Ahh, the Double Cluster... I cropped the image down so the clusters would be right in the middle of the image. Just as beautiful as it is when viewed in the telescope where the stars brighten up the eyepiece and you get countless amount of stars in a nursery brighter and hotter than our sun I took this at ISO 400, an Exposure time of 20 seconds (Could have done 15 seconds to prevent trailing), lastly an aperture of F/3.5. This was taken Friday the 27th October 2017, facing North-West at around 19:18. P.S: I know this isn't exactly the Double Cluster people were expecting, but it's the wide field shot, until I can get a better mount and something to move the telescope without disturbing it, it will be wide field shots. But it shouldn't be too long until i get a device for it
  3. From the album: Clusters

This Image was taken at around 12:30am, 12th September 2017. Took this through my Celestron Powerseeker 70AZ, with a Canon EOS 1300D, connected with a T-Adapter and T-Ring, then the camera connected to a laptop, and the picture was taken with AstroPhotography Tool (APT). This is my first proper picture through my telescope with a DSLR, so I do apologise if it looks a bit faint or rough. But with time, I'm sure I will improve with my Canon. Hope you like the image!
  4. My favourite too! After has to be the Andromeda Constellation I have a Canon EOS 1300D just bought yesterday, so i'm going to be going up to my nearest dark spot soon and getting more great pictures
  5. From the album: Wide-Angle Shots

First of all, sorry about the crane Don't get confused about the red light on top of it XD I was confused when i first looked at the image! Here you can see the Orion Constellation, and the Pleiades Cluster to the right of the image. Now that's over and done with, I am not sure of how long the exposure was, but i'm guessing 10-20 seconds of exposure, definitely f/2.8, i'm gonna guess the ISO Speed was ISO 200-400, not too sure on the focal length, though. I reckon this image was taken around early 2017, considering i was at one of my friend's house at the time, and he moved out of there around March/April time. Hope you like the picture

    Wide-Angle Shots

My camera or the locations are not necessarily that great, but i can get some decent images, especially for North-West London!
  7. From the album: Wide-Angle Shots

Obviously it isn't the best of pictures due to the fact i live in North-West London, and I have a Fujifilm FinePix S9500, but i go to my local Nature reserve which borders the outside of London with Hertfordshire to take amazing pictures like this one! The Wide-Angle Shot is at f/2.8 and the exposure time of 20 seconds, the ISO Speed is ISO 400 and the focal length of 6mm. It was taken toward the western sky at approximately 20:00-22:00, on the 16th April 2017.
