  1. Hi everyone. Managed to get the whole Veil complex in one shot (just). 3hrs of RGB and Ha combined using an Altair Atro 72 ED-R and Canon 450d (modded). Full image on my Flickr account. Processed in Pixinsight and PS CC
  2. Taken on 19th January 2018 I used an Altair Astro 72ED-R scope, Canon 450d (modified), HEQ5 Pro mount guided with a QHY5II \50mm Orion guide combo. I took 60x60 second; 15x30 second and 15x15 second subs, stacked in DSS then blended in Photoshop CC
  3. Thanks guys - any tips for imaging with this type of reducer? Eg spacing between the reducer and the sensor? Just want to make sure I don’t get egg shaped stars
  4. Hi everyone can anyone recommend a focal reducer or field flattener and how to set this up for my Skywatcher 150 Mak. I’m using a Canon 450d with a 2 inch adapter. Thanks in advance Chris
  5. Taken from my astroshed observatory, Sawley
  6. I'm after a floor mounted steel pier or tripod pier extension for an HEQ5 mount. I live in the Nottingham \ Derby area and willing to travel a reasonable distance. Please in-box me with details. Thanks for looking!
