  1. Thanks a bunch guys, just ordered them from eBay.
  2. I've tried that and I'm afraid they don't work. M6 screws in a tiny bit but then stops and is impossible to turn. This is the dovetail by the way: https://www.firstlightoptics.com/skywatcher-mounts/skywatcher-dovetail-mounting-plates.html
  3. Hi Guys, I'm a bit confused about what bolts i'm looking for and what to ask for in the UK. I think they're meant to be 1/4" UNC but here in the U.K. they seem to all be called M5/M6 etc, but nothing seems to fit. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks
  4. I have a Canon 60D and I'm yet to find a telescope in my price range that suits my needs, so I'm looking at getting started with my DSLR mounted straight onto my Celestron CG-5 GOTO. I've been made aware that I need to buy a vixen-style dovetail, but I'm just confused as to how everything fits together. Looking at the top of the mount I don't really understand how the dovetail attaches, and how it will hold the camera in place. Any help is really appreciated, thanks.
