Some really good detail there, Image analyser really has done an excellent job removing the noise

It was so annoying, i took the gear to work secured a lunch break at the right time as well.................those clouds!!!!!!!!!

Superb capture Geof, great to see the Polar hood and moons. Was this at the Native FL ?

I usually do north up views, i completely forgot to flip the image. If it  the GRS was not in view i probably would not think about it, unless derotating in WinJupos

I did a generous 10% stack as well 🙂 but decide to process the 5% first. Maybe be worth trying 20% as well

yes, i was out the following night, it was so poor i did not even bothering capturing any data

Jupiter from 6th Nov in reasonable seeing conditions.

120s SER file, stacked 5% in A/S3, balanced, aligned, sharpened in REG6. resized in CS2.

Great to see the Great Red Spot on view as well and the Moon Io to the right.

C9.25, ASI224mc, ADC, X1.8 Barlow.

First proper session for me for a while as well, looks good Neil. I think packed up around 30 minutes before the transit started, good see the GRS again though. Some very nice detail visible there Neiil.

amazing what camera phones can achieve, a fine looking image. First thing i see out of the window every morning now is Orion on is way down in the South East, such an iconic constellation.

Never managed to capture aurora from Bedfordshire before (or anywhere else 🙂)

Certainly looks like a hint of aurora in the image, hoping somebody will agree with me. Not visible to the eye unfortunately and faded fairly quickly after i arrived the darkish spot.
