Toolstation all parts arrived by 10pm wednesday!
  6. opinions, opinions, opinions you get lots around here! trouble everybodys eyes are different and if you look at my signature you will see i have a lot of different eyepieces and i am still struggling to decide which ones to say goodbye to!
  7. a nice range of focal lengths and a x2 Barlow would be my choice. the Barlow will essentially double your collection. 40mm (barlows to 20mm) 26mm (barlows to 13mm) 9.6mm (barlows to 4.8mm) x2 barlow thus giving you 6 different focal lengths, bearing in mind that the seeing conditions will not always let you use the highest magnification. all are available in the meade 4000 series range,or you could go for similar lengths in a better quality eyepiece
