  1. Try back stretching exercises.I occasionally get lower back pain which is instantly relieved with fairly extreme back stretching.
  2. I also bought Celestron 20x80 at Amazon warehouse.They're not to bad hand held,but as said, really need a tripod ,tho a mono pod would be very convenient.Once mounted I easily found and tracked 2 fast moving satellites (that happened to wander into view) and at least 3 of Jupiter's moons were clearly visible (last night). Edited to add;I should use a stand for my tiny 8x21,as my hands shake that much,lol.

    My "new" tripod has just turned up,an oldish second hand jobbie with cast metal brackets.....and the sun is still out ,lol.

    Hi all,previously owned cheapo bins,then bought a Celestron 130 which I still can't get the hang of (not bought any extra lenses or know how to set it up,lol).recently I bought a pair of Celestron 20x80 bins and has renewed my interest in the skies.
