  1. http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Orthotic-Insoles-Arch-Support-Back-heel-Pain-Treatment-of-Plantar-fasciitis-/252269978064?nav=SEARCH I use something like this for my plantar fasciitis and it helps a little. I also have a heel spur on one side so maybe look into that in case that is your problem too. I find that as long as I wear my insoles all the time I can keep on top of the pain problem mostly. If the problem is really bad, there are also special splints that you can wear at night in bed that can help the situation. There are also injections you can get for plantar fasciitis pain.
  2. I have a 3x Barlow lens which should fit your scope which I bought in error when I first started buying for my own scope and I was a newbie and didn't know what I was doing. Is it any good for you?
  3. Ahhhh cheers DRT I'll give that a whirl and let you know how I get on. Thanks very much guys. I knew I could rely on you lot.
  4. Its a goto mount that came with the scope skymax 127
  5. Thanks guys, so if I want to track I need an eq mount. I don't think I'll go down that route oh well thanks anyway
  6. If you have a pc download stellarium it's a free program that will show you constellations and other things to see in the sky. You can also go into the settings of stellarium and fast forward time to plan ahead what to view etc. By the way welcome to SGL. And this kind of thing can very easily take over your life. But I'm sure you will have a great time letting it!
  7. Ive checked out the synscan handset manual pdf and googled for info but can't seem to find anything. I know the supatrack handset allows tracking of objects in the nights sky, but does anyone know if it's possible to track using the synscan goto handset. If it is, can someone please explain how. Thank you in advance.
  8. I've been looking at the WO one from FLO
  9. I just want to hi-jack this discussion a moment to check whether I would be able to use a dielectric diagonal with a skymax 127? Thought I'd better check before I buy one.
  10. Just been out to see if I might get a chance at seeing saturn. No such luck.....too low on the horizon.....I have a big mountain directly behind me to the south
  11. What is it with cats and power packs? My cat mooches round my power pack all the time too!
  12. Along similar lines I was out late completely engrossed viewing hercules cluster. Didn't hear our cat padding up behind me. First I knew he was there was when he nudged my shoulder and miaow ed. My heart was in my mouth and my stomach hit the floor. I almost knocked my scope over! Ended up only able to stay out a few more minutes after that as I was so shaken up. My hands and legs were like jelly whilst I was trying to put all my gear away. Stupid cat haha!
