      Hi, as I understand them bridge cameras do not have removable lenses so they cannot be used at the prime focus of a telescope in the same way as a DSLR camera. The beauty of DSLR cameras are that you can use just the camera body attaching that to a telescope so that the scope acts as the camera lens. You may be able to use a bridge camera on its own, i.e. not paired with a telescope, or use it afocally to take images through a telescope eyepiece, but I have no experience at doing that.
