  1. Hi all, I had my grandson round last night, and we christened the scope by trying to count the stars in the Pleiades cluster, we couldn't, but it was a real eye opener for both of us.
  2. Thanks to all for your welcome, will be using site for help when this flipping cloud cover disperses and I can use my new scope, and for Mr Spock please don't call me Rose, I am a full blooded male member of our species. LOL

    Hi, I have had a passing interest in the night sky most of my life, but just had a telescope bought, so think I need to be part of a section to aid me in using it best
