There have been several posts here a few years ago about people receiving German handsets from Celestron and wanting to change the language to English. I'm guessing the process is the same, but it seems you will need a serial/USB cable to download the software.

However, if you bought your telescope new I would contact the shop/dealer for their assistance.

I suggest you add details of the language problem to your original thread, there may be more recent information available. Similarly if you can explain the problem with your software in detail, I'm sure someone will be able to help.
