I purchased this adapter plate for my cem 26 so I could use the Altair Astro tri pier , problem came when I fitted it to the mount, I had to have to 2 x 6 mm holes drilled and threaded to accommodate mount (see diagram) .

really pleased with this result

I have a ioptron cem 26, and the Altair Astro tri pier ,could someone tell me if using this adapter plate this would fit my mount ?

Following this thread as my set up is celestron hd 800,0.7 reducer,oag,filter draw,zwo asi533.

from sensor to reducer 105mm, plus 0.7 for filter.

I think it needs more rings to increase back focus.

new test drive on the zwo ASIAIR! Really impressed with this,easy to use and packed with features,only thing I’ve not got a handle on is the platesolving, but that’s due to my inexperience!Otherwise I’m so happy with it.
